RENTAL TERMS Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required (cancellations may incur service charge) Weather Policy: Tours operate rain or shine unless marina closure Payment: Full payment required to secure booking Fuel: Included in trip price Mooring Fees: Additional costs for multi-day trips (paid directly) RENTAL TERMS & POLICY đ Booking & Payment All bookings require a minimum rental of 4 hours. A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before departure. Pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes not included. A 0.3% transaction fee applies to all bookings. Check in at 2pm and checkout is at 8am --- â Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded. Charters are not cancelled due to rain or cloudy conditions. Refunds will only be issued if the Port Authority officially closes the marina for safety. --- đ€ Charter Rules & Conduct A signed waiver is required from all guests prior to boarding. For safety, guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, or serious medical issues must bring a personal caretaker or refrain from participating. No illegal substances or unsafe behavior will be tolerated. Excessive intoxication, disrespect to crew or property, or unsafe actions may result in termination of the charter with no refund. --- đ§ââïž Captain & Crew Authority The captain reserves the right to alter or terminate the itinerary in the interest of guest safety or due to weather/sea conditions. All guests must comply with crew instructions during the charter. Children under the age of 12 must have an adult accompany them at all times or wear a life jacket at all times. --- đŠ What's Included Private use of yacht for reserved time Licensed captain & professional crew Sound system, fuel, cleaning Onboard safety gear and life jackets Optional add-ons may include: Private chef or catering Massage therapist or wellness facilitator Specialty drinks or dĂ©cor --- đ Multi-Day Charters Overnight stays include fresh linens, toiletries, and basic provisioning. Multi-day pricing includes progressive discounts up to 20% off by day 6. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
