Terms and Conditions for Empyreal Yacht Charter Welcome to Empyreal Yacht Charter! By booking a yacht with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. **Booking and Payment** 1.1 **Reservation** To reserve a yacht, you must complete the online booking form on getmyboat.com payment to be made in full at the point of booking. 1.2 **Payment Methods** We accept payments via [Debit/Credit Card]. All payments must be made in [USD]. 2. **Cancellation Policy** 2.1 **Guest Cancellation** - **More than [5] days before departure**: Full refund of the deposit. - **[5] days before departure**: 25% of the total charter fee is non-refundable. - **Less than [3] days before departure**: 100% of the charter fee is non-refundable. 2.2 ** Cancellation by Empyreal Yacht Charter** We reserve the right to cancel the charter if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing the yacht. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled charter at your discretion. 3. **Charter Terms** 3.1 **Charter Duration** Charters are available for [Two Hours] minimum, with additional durations available 3.2 **Pick-up and Drop-off** The yacht will be available for pick-up at an agreed Pick-up Location at an agreed Pick-up Time. Drop-off will be at an agreed Drop-off Location at agreed Drop-off Time. Late returns or none home base Pick-Ups/Drop-Offs may incur additional charges. 3.3 **Charter Usage** The yacht may only be used for lawful purposes. Any activities that may damage the yacht or breach local laws are strictly prohibited. 4. **Safety and Conduct** 4.1 **Safety Equipment** The yacht is equipped with all necessary safety equipment as required by law. It is the Empyreal Yacht Charter Capitan's responsibility to ensure that all passengers are familiar with the safety procedures. 4.2 **Conduct** Clients and their guests must adhere to the instructions of the yacht’s captain and crew. Any behavior that jeopardizes safety or causes damage to the yacht will result in additional charges or termination of the charter without refund. 5. **Liability and Insurance** 5.1 **Damage and Loss** Clients are responsible for any damage to the yacht or loss of equipment caused by their party. A security deposit may be asked for. This deposit will be refunded within [Ten working] days after the charter, minus any deductions for damage or loss. additional charges may be added for any damages or Loss caused by Client & their party 5.2 **Insurance** The yacht is insured for standard coverage. All clients and their guests are advised to obtain their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations. 6. **Force Majeure** Empyreal Yacht Charter is not liable for any delays or failures to perform our obligations if such delays or failures are due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, Weather Conditions or governmental actions. 7. **Governing Law** These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [The United States of America and Texas].
