Additional Terms & Information
All tenants and drivers must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age before the start of the rental. A rented boat should not be used to carry passengers or rent property. A rented boat should not be used for the carriage of passengers, goods or materials exceeding the rated passenger carrying capacity / boat weight, as specified in 2.8 above. A rented boat should not be used to push, move or tow another boat, barge or any other thing without the written permission of the Owner. A rented boat (and motor) should not be used for any race or for any competition. A rented boat (and motor) should not be used for illegal purposes. The lessee must not operate the boat (or motor) carelessly. A rented boat (or motor) should not be operated by any other person, except the Lessee specified in 1.2 above, without the written permission of the Owner. The lessee must not remove the motor from the boat for any use. Passengers should not be transported by boat when it is towed by a trailer. The Lessee hereby agrees that he will be fully liable for any loss or damage to the boat, equipment, motor or trailer during the term of this Boat Lease Agreement, caused by collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft or any other other reason, for an exception to that which should be determined to be caused by a malfunction or defect in the boat, equipment or engine. The Lessee also agrees to make a deposit of $ 500 with the Owner, and the specified deposit will be used in case of loss or damage to the boat, equipment, motor or trailer during the term of this Boat Lease Agreement to fully or partially cover the cost of the necessary repair or replacement. In the absence of damage or loss, the specified deposit is credited to pay the rental rate, and any excess is returned to the Lessee. BOAT (AND MOTOR) AND TRAILER STATUS The owner declares that, as far as he knows, he believes that the above-described vessel (and engine) and trailer are in good condition and do not have any known defects or malfunctions that could affect its safe and reliable operation under normal use. , The owner also declares that everything necessary for the rescue and safety of the equipment is on board the vessel and is in good condition at the time of delivery. A sign that it meets the requirements for the intended scope of its use.
