We are a seasonal operation and book months and years in advance so if someone cancels it prevents us from filling a spot we would have definitely booked.  Complete liability release: I understand that there are inherent risks involved with renting a charter tour boat and swimming: including but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the lake, acts of other participants, and adverse lake and weather conditions, and I hereby assume such risks. In addition, we will not give refunds or discounts for trips that are cut short due to high winds, rain, heat or monsoon storms. If the captain cancels reservation due to foreseen weather then a refund or credit will be issued to client based on a case by case basis. Reservations made through third party’s clients such as Get My Boats and Boat Setter will he issued through the entity that client booked through. We do the best we can to provide a safe and fun boat tour and our captains monitor weather conditions to keep our clients safe. We make every effort not to cancel trips unless it is for the safety of our clients.  DISCLAIMER: If your Charter is cancelled due to weather or for an unforeseen reason, We are not responsible for any fees incurred for your accommodations or other travel related expenses. You should purchase separate trip insurance to cover these expenses if that is a concern. We have the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an inappropriate manner such as intoxication but not limited to. If clients act out in an unsafe manner or are visibly intoxicated captains will end tour and return client to land for their safety.
