Important Booking Information Please read the following information before booking: - Pricing: The total price includes the captain fee and gratuity. There are no additional captain or tip charges unless you choose to tip above the included amount. - Transportation & Add-Ons: Transportation is available for an additional fee. Once your booking is confirmed through Getmyboat, we will receive your contact information and can assist with adding transportation, catering, charcuterie boards, decorations, or other available upgrades. - Waivers: Every guest must complete and sign our digital liability waiver before boarding. We require your final guest count at least 7 days prior to your reservation so the waivers can be sent out. Your captain will contact you before your trip to ensure all waivers have been completed. Guests who have not signed a waiver may not be permitted to board. - Weather Policy: Safety is always our top priority. If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we may delay departure, adjust the itinerary, or reschedule the charter. Weather such as clouds, wind, rain, cooler temperatures, or forecasted weather that does not prevent safe operation is not considered grounds for a refund, discount, or cancellation. - No Refunds or Discounts After Service: Once your charter has begun or has been completed, no refunds or discounts will be issued based on personal preferences, expectations, weather conditions that did not affect safe operation, or opinions regarding the vessel, amenities, or experience. We make every effort to accurately represent our boats through photos, videos, descriptions, and specifications so guests know what to expect before booking. - Booking Acknowledgement: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing, photos, boat specifications, policies, and terms, and agree to these conditions.
