We are located on the beach called Jurkovica, in an entirely reconstructed space of the former wood-shipyard in Komiža, ranks among the largest and the most beautiful diving centres in the Adriatic. It was named after the American B-24 bomber, known as the last specimen of the Liberator, also called Tulsamerican, sunk on December 17th 1944, in the vicinity of the Island of Vis, at the depth of 42 metres. The centre is fitted with a completely new diving equipment. It also boasts a comfortable 12 metre long boat, as well as a five-metre rubber-boat. The atmosphere at the centre is the charge of a special team, who will welcome you with particular cordiality, evoking a unique experience and memorable moments in the local environment, with a knowledge that you have personally participated in the team of an elite diver. All the locations provided by the programme of this centre are fascinating and impressive, what with the wrecks of ships sunken long ago, the battles or legends of gold they are supposed to have been shipping, what with American bombers, which found their resting place here during World War II.
