2023 Sea-Doo Switch Cruise for Rental on Lake Washington

By booking and participating in this rental, the renter and all guests agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Captain & Operation The 2023 Sea-Doo Cruise 21 Pontoon Boat will be operated exclusively by the designated captain. Guests are strictly prohibited from operating, steering, or controlling the vessel at any time. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. 2. Security Deposit A $200.00 cash security deposit is required on the day of the rental prior to boarding. - The deposit must be paid in full before access to the vessel is granted. - The deposit will be held to cover damages, loss of equipment, excessive cleaning, late return, or violation of these terms. - The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the vessel and equipment, provided everything is returned in the same condition as received. - Failure to provide the deposit will result in cancellation of the rental without exception. 3. Fuel Charges Fuel is not included in the rental price. Fuel usage will be calculated at the end of the rental and must be paid before departure. 4. Passenger Conduct All passengers must: - Follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times. - Remain seated while the boat is in motion unless instructed otherwise. - Avoid reckless behavior, standing on seats, or unsafe movement. Excessive intoxication, illegal substances, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. 5. Alcohol Policy Alcohol is permitted only if disclosed prior to departure. The renter assumes full responsibility for all guests consuming alcohol. Any injuries or incidents resulting from intoxication are the sole responsibility of the renter and/or guest involved. 6. Damage & Liability The renter is financially responsible for: - Any damage to the vessel - Lost or damaged equipment - Interior stains, burns, or excessive mess - Repair costs resulting from negligence or misconduct Any injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions, reckless behavior, or intoxication are the sole responsibility of the guest involved. 7. Late Return The vessel must return at the agreed time. Late returns may result in additional charges deducted from the deposit. 8. Weather & Safety The captain reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or terminate the trip due to unsafe weather or water conditions. Safety is the top priority. 9. No Refund Policy Refunds will not be issued for: - Early termination due to rule violations - Failure to arrive on time - Failure to provide required deposit 10. Agreement By proceeding with the rental, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
