- Weather Cancellation: Your safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather or official coast guard navigation bans, your charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date, or fully refunded. Light rain or overcast skies do not qualify for cancellation. - Late Arrivals & No-Show: Delayed arrivals will not extend the duration of the charter; the trip will end at the originally scheduled time. Delays exceeding 45 minutes without prior notice will be treated as a "No-Show," and no refunds will be issued. - Boat Rules & Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the captain and crew. Barefoot cruising is standard (street shoes are not allowed on board). Pet policies and smoking are subject to prior approval by the captain. - Safety Considerations: Life jackets and all required safety equipment are available on board. Swimming is only permitted in designated anchorages approved by the captain.
