Rental Terms & Rules By booking this boat, renters and guests agree to the following terms and conditions: • Arrive 15 minutes early for check in • Late returns may be subject to additional charges • Guests are expected to treat the boat with care Please note that we have the right to cancel due to inclement or bad weather. No refunds for early return Please ask all your questions before booking. Safety First • Life jackets are provided and required for children and anyone participating in watersports. • No reckless driving, beaching the boat, or unsafe operation permitted. • Boat must remain within approved Lake Mead areas unless otherwise discussed. Fuel Policy • Boat is provided with fuel at departure and must be returned at the agreed fuel level or fuel charges will apply. Cleanliness & Damage • Renters are responsible for keeping the boat reasonably clean during use. • Any damage caused during rental period, including prop damage, interior damage, lost equipment, excessive cleaning, or towing fees, is renter responsibility. • Smoking burns, stains, and spills may result in additional cleaning fees Prohibited Activities • No smoking inside the vessel. • No illegal drugs onboard. • No glass containers preferred for safety reasons. Watersports Use • Wakeboarding, tubing, and watersports are allowed only in safe conditions and designated areas. • Renter assumes responsibility for all participants engaging in watersports activities. Weather & Cancellations • Safety-related weather cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at owner discretion. • Late arrivals or no-shows may shorten rental time without refund. Return Policy • Boat must be returned on time and in the same condition received. • Excessively late returns may result in additional hourly charges. Liability • Renters and guests understand boating and watersports involve inherent risks. • Owner is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, accidents, or damages resulting from renter negligence or misuse.
