Lake Delivery and Launch Service To make your experience as easy and convenient as possible, we personally deliver and launch the boat at Lake Mead for every rental. Instead of worrying about towing, launching, or setup, simply meet us at the lake with the boat fully prepared and water-ready so you can maximize your time enjoying the day. A mandatory $100 lake delivery and launch fee includes: • Boat launch and retrieval • Pre-trip walkthrough • Safety orientation • Boat operation instructions • Watersports setup assistance • On-site support before departure Our goal is to make sure every renter feels confident, comfortable, and fully prepared before heading out onto the lake. Rental Timing and Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental. Late arrivals may reduce your time on the water, as launch schedules and other bookings are carefully planned in advance. A late fee may be applied for excessive delays, late returns, or no-call/no-show situations that impact scheduling, launch operations, or other renters. We understand things happen, so communication is always appreciated. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate the situation. Renters must have prior boating experience and follow all Lake Mead boating regulations.
