2015 Crest Pontoon Rental Terms By booking this rental, all guests agree to the following terms: - Captain Included: A professional captain is included with your rental. The captain has final authority regarding operation of the vessel and all safety decisions. - Captain Gratuity: A 20% captain gratuity is required and is not included in the listed rental price. - Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time so your trip can begin on time. Your captain will contact you on the day of your rental with specific arrival and meeting instructions. - Late Arrivals: Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled times. Late arrival may reduce your time on the water and does not automatically extend the reservation. - Included Amenities: Rental includes use of the cooler, Lilypad, Bluetooth speaker, and double canopies. Guests are responsible for treating all equipment with care. - Passenger Limit: The number of passengers may not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the GetMyBoat listing or permitted by the captain. - Safety: All guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times. Unsafe, reckless, threatening, or excessively intoxicated behavior may result in the trip being ended early. - Alcohol: Guests of legal drinking age may bring alcoholic beverages unless otherwise restricted. The captain may limit swimming or other activities when a guest appears too intoxicated to participate safely. - Smoking & Drugs: No illegal drugs are permitted on board. Smoking or vaping is only permitted if approved by the captain/owner. - Damage: Renters are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear and tear. GetMyBoat's current terms also make renters responsible for their guests' actions that affect the condition of the boat. (Getmyboat) - Cleaning: Please remove personal belongings and trash at the end of the trip. Excessive mess, stains, damage, or additional cleaning may result in applicable charges where permitted. - Weather & Safety: The captain may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a trip when weather or lake conditions are considered unsafe. Any refund or rescheduling will be handled according to the applicable GetMyBoat booking and cancellation policy. - Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy displayed on your GetMyBoat reservation. - Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for phones, wallets, clothing, sunglasses, or other personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or dropped in the water. - Agreement: By booking and boarding the vessel, the renter agrees to these rental terms and is responsible for ensuring their guests follow them.
