Rental Requirements - Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID - Boating experience is required (or a captain must be selected) - Florida law requires anyone born after Jan 1, 1988 to have a Boater Safety Certificate 2. Booking & Payment - Full payment is required to confirm your reservation - Security deposit may be held and refunded after the rental if no damage occurs - Cancellations and refunds are handled per platform policy 3. Check-In & Orientation - The boat will be in the water and ready upon arrival - A brief walkthrough will be provided covering: - - Safety equipment - Controls & operation - Local boating guidelines - - Renter must feel comfortable operating the vessel before departure 4. Approved Use - Maximum capacity: 6 passengers - Use is limited to Pensacola Bay, Intracoastal, and nearshore waters (weather permitting) - No offshore runs or long-distance trips without prior approval 5. Prohibited Activities - No towing (tubes, skis, etc.) unless approved - No beaching the boat - No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs - No reckless or negligent operation 6. Fuel Policy - Boat is provided with fuel - Fuel usage will be charged after the trip based on consumption (or choose: renter refuels before return) 7. Weather Policy - Safety comes first - Rentals may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions (at owner’s discretion) 8. Damage & Liability - Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period - Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit - Renter assumes responsibility for safe operation of the vessel 9. Late Return - Please return the boat on time - Late returns may result in additional charges 10. Cleanliness - Please treat the boat with respect - Excessive mess or trash may result in a cleaning fee Acknowledgment By booking this rental, you agree to operate the boat safely, follow all applicable laws, and return the boat in the same condition it was received.
