Important Policies Overview Our rental policies are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Please review the following key policies that may affect your booking: 1. Weather Cancellation: In the event of adverse weather conditions, bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. Safety is our top priority, and we monitor weather conditions closely to make informed decisions. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: If you are late for your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. After this period, the booking may be considered a no-show, and the full rental fee will be forfeited. No-shows will not be refunded. 3. Safety Considerations: A comprehensive safety briefing will be provided before departure. This includes the location and use of safety equipment, emergency procedures, and operational guidelines. All passengers must wear life jackets while on the boat. The use of alcohol or drugs while operating the boat is strictly prohibited. 4. Boat Rules: The boat is to be used exclusively as a pleasure vessel for the renter, their family, and guests. It cannot be used for transport, trade, or any illegal activities. Smoking is not allowed on the boat. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. 5. Damage and Liability: The renter is responsible for any damage to the boat, its equipment, or furnishings caused during the rental period. A security deposit will be held and used to cover any damages. In case of significant damage due to negligence, the renter will be liable for repair costs and any consequential losses due to delayed rentals. 6. Refueling Fee: The vessel must be returned with a full tank of fuel. As a courtesy, we offer to refuel the boat on your behalf at the current market rate and provide a receipt for the exact amount. If the renter does not respond to or settle the fuel invoice within a reasonable timeframe, the charge will be processed at 2x the fuel cost to cover handling, time, and administrative fees. 7. Cleaning Fee: The boat must be returned in a clean condition. If not, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. 8. You may cancel for a full refund up to 30 days before your rental starts. If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before the start time, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of your booking are non-refundable. By adhering to these policies, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our renters.
