Additional Terms & Information

In an effort to make sure our guests enjoy their experience on our 52 ft Vanquish, we have instituted the following policies. The boat includes the following for all charters. Captain, stew, idle speed fuel, bottled waters, ice and ice chest and towels 1. If you are late, time will not be added to the end of the charter. Please plan on being 15-20 minutes early so we can board you and your guests onto the boat, and leave on time 2. RED WINE is NOT allowed on the boat unless first cleared by the owner 3. Guests can bring food and drinks on the boat, but if there is a use of illegal drugs or guns on the boat, the charter will end immediately without a refund. 4. If at anytime the captain or stew or any other crew on the boat are being threatened physically or emotionally, the charter will end immediately with out a refund 5.
