After that, late arrivals may result in reduced tour time. No-shows are non-refundable. Safety & Conduct: Life jackets are provided and required for all passengers. No excessive alcohol consumption or unruly behavior. The captain reserves the right to end the trip if passengers violate safety rules. Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the boat beyond normal wear and tear.
