Sail in Newport, Rhode Island with this Captained Sailing Charter Catalina 320 Sailboat! For rate starting from $200 per hour. Our company was founded by Captain Kenneth in 2022 with the purpose of sharing the unparalleled experience of sailing the scenic waters around historic Newport, Rhode Island. His twin brother Perrin is also a captain. Our family has sailed in the Newport area for many generations, and we are thrilled to share our favorite spots and local knowledge with others. Mariah is a Catalina 320 sailboat, one of the most popular and sought after models of sloops. At 32 feet, she is large enough to ensure a delightful sail, while being easier to sail than a larger boat. Mariah’s wide beam at the stern makes for an exceptionally large cockpit complete with desirable stern perch-seats. Equipped with a walk-through transom, stern swim ladder, and a hot/cold freshwater stern-shower, Mariah is the ideal charter sailboat for those who also wish to go swimming. Getting in and out of the water is much easier than on other sailboats where you have to climb over the freeboard and gunnels to get back into the boat. Mariah is fully documented with the United States Coast Guard and the State of Rhode Island as a charter boat. Pirrin was an incredible captain and host! Sailed us all around the bay, and told all kinds of great stories about the houses, mansions and forts and about the area. I highly recommend booking a trip with Pirrin, he was the best!
Perrin went above and beyond, we had such a fun time sailing around. Us 6 friends had a blast.
Kenny and Perrin were fantastic with communication throughout the process of booking and getting us out for a sunset cruise! Our family had a great time with Perrin and he is very knowledgeable about the area and has tons of experience. We felt right at home on Mariah! We will definitely be back. Great boat, great captain, and a great experience all around. Highly recommend. Seth
Perrin was amazing! The whole process was such a breeze and we had a great couple of hours out on the water. Really knowledgeable (and we tested him haha) and had great insight about the area and the other boats around us. Would definitely recommend!
