Bookings: The booking will not be considered valid, nor will the date be secured, until full payment has been received. Licensing requirements: For bareboat charters (rentals without a skipper), the client must present a valid nautical license—at a minimum, the PER (Recreational Boat Skipper) or an equivalent international certification. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with this legal requirement. Failure to present a valid license at the time of boarding will result in the cancellation of the trip without a refund, as this constitutes a failure to comply on the part of the client. Cancellations by the client: • More than 168 hours (7 days) in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid. • Between 72 and 167 hours before departure: 80% refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost (one-time only). • Between 24 and 71 hours before departure: 50% refund or rescheduling without penalty (subject to availability). • Less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: No refund, though a voucher for 50% of the amount paid, valid for 6 months, may be offered. Adverse weather conditions: Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions prevent sailing: • You may reschedule your trip at no additional cost. • If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% refund will be issued. • In uncertain or partially unfavorable conditions, the decision will be made jointly with you. Booking changes: Changes made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to availability and sea conditions. The reference date for any refund will always be the date of the original booking. Cancellation by our company: In the event of cancellation due to technical issues, extreme conditions, or force majeure, we will offer you a new date at no extra cost or a full refund of the amount paid.
