Boat Rental Terms & Conditions ● Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled rental date to receive a refund. ● Cancellations made less than 5 days before the rental date are non-refundable. ● Rentals are weather permitting. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the owner, the rental may be rescheduled or refunded. ● The renter must meet all legal requirements to operate the boat. ● The boat must be returned on time and in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. ● The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance. ● No reckless operation, excessive alcohol consumption, or illegal drug use is permitted while operating the boat. ● The owner reserves the right to cancel or refuse any rental due to unsafe weather, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
