Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest, so a few important policies apply to all bookings.[] • Weather: Charters may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled if the captain determines conditions are unsafe (for example, strong winds, storms, or lightning); regular clouds or light rain alone are not grounds for cancellation. • Cancellations: Guest-initiated cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation schedule based on how many days before departure you cancel; last‑minute cancellations may forfeit some or all of the charter fee.[ +3] • Late arrival and no-shows: If you arrive late, your trip may be shortened and still end at the original time, and if you do not arrive or contact us within a set grace period, the booking is treated as a no‑show with no refund.[] • Safety on board: All guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times, use handrails when moving, remain seated when asked, wear life jackets when directed, and follow briefings about local conditions and safety equipment.[2] • Boat rules: No unauthorized drugs, weapons, or hazardous items are allowed; glass, smoking, and excessive alcohol may be restricted; children and non‑swimmers may be required to wear life jackets on deck.[pa +2]
