Charter this 40-foot Tiara Open Motor Yacht for up to 12 guests. Your price is based on the number of guests, the number of hours and the day of the week. The more guests the more it costs. More guests than originally booked can be paid for after booking but before boarding. 12 guests maximum (infants/children count as guests). *PLEASE NOTE: captain and crew provided for under 7 passengers. ONLY trips with 7 or MORE passengers will be operated as a Bareboat Charter. If requested for those, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. A list of captains can be provided. For 7 or more An additional captain fee usually must be paid directly to the captain you choose before the trip begins. The listing price is for under 7 people. 3 hour minimum. The more hours the less the hourly rate. Weekends and especially holidays (including the entire holiday weekend) are more. You can usually pay for more hours than originally booked on the boat. Fuel; you pay for the estimated fuel you use for the entire charter. Avalon Catalina requires a 6 hour minimum charter. Avalon and back burns approximately 110 gallons of fuel. Non-holiday Mondays through Thursdays are the least expensive. There are some free boogie boards and snorkel masks to use. 2 SUP/kayak and an inflatable dock costs extra. The SUP/kayaks, dock, can be requested and paid for after booking but at least a day before boarding. There are two large coolers full of fresh ice and some bottled water. There is a 6 speaker Bluetooth/aux in stereo! Perfect for all occasions. Great for entertaining, whale & dolphin watching, water sports, cruising to Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach, Catalina, sunsets, and more... Go when you want, return when you want with a 3 hour minimum. Captain for under 7 people, ice and some water are included! ***The Captain and crew works very hard to provide the best and safest possible trip for you, and a typical 20% tip OF THE TOTAL BOOKING PRICE directly to the Captain is strongly suggested, as to offer renters the competitive price of renting this yacht. **Due to inconsideration of the toilet rules which is absolutely no toilet paper, paper towels, feminine products, or anything foreign and unnatural to be flushed, if this rule is ignored and the toilet is clogged and overflowed, the renter will be billed his entire deposit of $1,000 as it causes the boat to be unusable and un-charterable until a technician can repair the toilet which is expensive as well.
