Snorkeling We rent snorkel gear and offer snorkel tours to our splendid reef. Our boat leaves three times a day for snorkeling and diving trips. The coral comes very close to the surface, so you will be able to see plenty of fish and coral while snorkeling. You earn credit toward the open water course, once you have completed the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience. (Duration: 1/2 day). Scuba Diver US$225 Introductory course with academics, three confined training dives followed by two dives. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be certified as a PADI Scuba Diver to dive down to 40 feet/ 12 meters – always with a divemaster. (Duration: 2 days) Open Water Course US$325 During your PADI Open Water Course, you will learn about scuba fundamentals, equipment, and techniques. This course teaches you all the technical and safety procedures to become a safe diver in confined water. It finishes with four dives. You will be certified to go to a max depth of 60 feet/ 18 meters. (Duration: 4 days) Advanced Open Water Course US$285 The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Program is perfect to improve your diving techniques under the supervision of an instructor. It includes five dives: deep dive, navigation dive, and three more in specialized areas at your choice; for example: peak performance buoyancy, naturalist, night, wreck diving, photography, multilevel. Emergency First Response Course US$100 This is a program for divers and non-divers which trains you in First Aid as well as CPR. You need to be an Emergency First Responder or hold an equivalent certification to be able to enroll into the Rescue Course. Rescue Diver Course US$370 The PADI Rescue Diver course takes you to the next level, giving you the training to anticipate, recognize, and manage a diving emergency. (Duration: 4 to 5 days) Divemaster Course US$700 The PADI Dive Master Program trains the student to organize, prepare, and guide underwater activities with certified divers and assist instructors in water training. We offers the following: PADI Courses We are a PADI dive center, operating since 2005, with a focus on smaller groups and personal attention. We offer PADI courses from Open Water all the way to Divemaster taught by our qualified instructors. Classes can be held in English, Spanish, German, Italian, and French. Our class size is limited to four scuba diving students per instructor. We also offer Discover Scuba Diving experiences for those of you wanting to try diving for the first time without having to take a full course. Caribbean Diving on Roatan You will feel as part of the Octopus Family right away. With over 50 different dive sites to choose from, we take you to some of the best walls, canyons, caves, and wrecks the Caribbean has to offer. You will experience calm, warm, clear waters (yearly average temperature are 24 to 32ordmC, 75-90ordmF). We accommodate our clients by choosing sites based on their personal requirements, interests, and scuba abilities. We also organize whole day trips, sunrise, and night dives upon request. Diving Adventure Detail We dive with a maximum of six divers per instructor, and there is no fixed time limit for our dives.
