1. No speedboat license is required for the boat up to 30hp. 2. The board control is done in cooperation with the customer and he accepts it if the boat situation satisfies him. 3. The boat is delivered full of fuel and its consumption is covered by the customer. 4. We accept no responsibility for the customer's property loss during the charter. 5. We assume no responsibility for any damage caused by customer's fault in the boat during the charter. Any damage that would cause the boat from mishandling or negligence entirely burdens the customer. 6. Boats must be delivered before sunset.
