Our boating excursion in Exuma Bahamas promises to provide an enjoyable boating experience throughout the Exuma Cays. Our excursion will tour our famous sites such as: - Swimming with the pigs - Viewing the rare iguanas - Swimming with the friendly nurse sharks - Visiting the 007 Thunderball grotto - Hanging out at a sandbar - Snorkeling in the beautiful waters of Exuma* - Visiting islands and beaches - Dock at Staniel Cay or Black Point for lunch Our Captain has over 25 years of experience, in touring the Exuma Cays. Our Captain will make sure your boat touring expectations are met. We will provide the trip of a lifetime and provide a complete paradise experience. Snacks and soft drinks will be provided at no cost to the guests. The Crystal Bay tours leave from the Marina at George Town, Exuma. Once you schedule a tour our Captain will contact you and coordinate your pickup. The FULL DAY excursion will explore additional sites such as the Thunderbolt. This is the famous sand bar where a James Bond movie was filmed. Lunch will be provided at one of our famous restaurants. The expense of the luncheon will be the responsibility of the guests. Minimum Seating: 1 (We need a minimum of 5 seating in price value to set sail) Maximum Seating: 14 This is a PRIVATE Excursion. Snorkeling equipment is not included. Rescheduling: All payments received and cleared may be reapplied at no additional cost with the complimentary rescheduling of charter departure time or date if hazardous weather conditions exist at the time of charter. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your charter. Written notice is required (email is acceptable). If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your charter departure time, payments received will be returned minus a 10% merchant processing and administrative fee. If canceled less than 48 hours prior to your departure time, any payments received are non-refundable and the total charter fee will be charged and is non-refundable unless certain conditions apply. Due to the perishable nature of food items, all catering orders are non-refundable. Payment Policies The credit or debit card on file may be used to furnish payment for your final balance prior to your departure. If no active card is on file, charters can be forfeited for failure to administer payment prior to departure. The debit card on file may be used to collect any outstanding balances owed if the participant is a “no show” or fails to provide payment in full outside of any of the cancelation policy period windows. Your card on file will be used to furnish final payment prior to your departure unless you provide an additional form of payment prior to your vessel’s payment deadline. We do not accept split payments from multiple parties' credit cards or from multiple cards from the same person. All credit card payments must be from 1 primary charter guest on 1 credit card only. We do not accept virtual credit cards that do not display card information. Card number, expiration date, CVC number and name of the authorized cardholder must be displayed on the card used and brought in person the day of your charter to board your charter vessel. Some boats may require an additional damage security deposit. If no damages occur during your charter from yourself or your guests, the security deposit is fully refundable after verification by charter staff that no damage to the vessel, its toys or systems have occurred. For any cryptocurrency payments made, you are responsible for any transfer fees incurred by your provider and the total transferred amount must equate to your total charter amount balance. For any cryptocurrency payments made, you are responsible to verify the wallet address you are sending it to, a mistyped transfer wallet address may result in a loss of your funds. Crystal Bay Excursions Hazardous Weather Conditions: Hazardous weather conditions must exist at the time of departure. Storms fall into the categories of all the below conditions that have their epicenter passing within 5 miles of Exuma, Bahamas. Named storms affecting Exuma local inland waters. Storms that are labeled "hazardous" and forecasted to last more than 4 hours in duration affect Exuma, Bahama's local inland waters. Craft advisories were issued for Exuma, Bahamas local inland waters with winds exceeding 30 mph and or wave swell beyond 3 feet in height. Other Cancellable Conditions "Unforeseen circumstances" (i.e. death in immediate family, hospitalization). Medical proof via certificate or doctor’s report is required for the return of the deposit. Non Cancellable Conditions: Scattered showers, overcast conditions, or a forecasted "chance of rain" are not considered cancellable weather conditions. News stories or media coverage that highlight a current event or sensationalize local developments with the weather, tourism risks, medical risks, or other travel-related "warnings" that are not official state or federal restrictions to travel are not considered cancellable conditions. Refund Processing Fees: In the event that Crystal Bay Excursions hazardous weather conditions exist and rescheduling is not a possibility, payments made will be returned minus the merchant processing and administrative fee of 10% of the amount paid.
