Party cove requires a six hour reservation and must be scheduled in advance And is also an additional fee $1275 four hours six hours $1475 Note We Do Not Offer Discounts Or Refunds Do To Bad Weather Or Weather Changes. Our company Recommends trip insurance especially during monsoon season. I am going to provide a link so you can purchase some trip insurance it will also protect any airfare or hotel or rental car accommodations, as well as, our boat and Party Bus service. The link I am providing will take you to a site and you can arrange it based on your specific trip needs. It is very affordable and we recommended as we do not offer discounts or refunds due to mechanical breakdowns weather, Delays or any client that is simply unhappy with their service for any reason.  The Company can switch boats with out notice if the boat the client initially booked is unavailable due to mechanical/or captain availability a boat of equal size will be Substituted. No refund or discount will be given for boats that are substituted due to mechanical or Captain availability. NOTE: We have implemented a standard gratuity of 10% on groups over 6 people. This is really no different than when you go out to the restaurant and have a large group. Our captains are subcontractors we pay them an hourly wage, but tips are very standard in boating. Our captains accept jobs from our business and act as self-contractors they are not an employee of our boat business and act on their own. It is standard in the Yachting and charter business to tip your captain/crew at least 10%. So the week of your reservation your captain will reach out to you asking everyone in your group to sign a waiver before charter. He will then send you a QR code to pay the 10% gratuity up front before the charter. Again, this is very standard in Yachting/Charter and limousines party bus companies. If at the end of your trip you want to tip your captain and crew more please feel free to, additional tip is NOT required but industry standard is up to 20%. In the past we have relied on groups to tip any amount that they felt like they wanted to, but unfortunately many people have drinks and at the end of the day forget to take care of the crew, so this is a great way to take care of everything in advance. Our captains and crew work hard to keep you safe and insure a fun unforgettable experience.
