Get on board on time Make sure you are on time to board. If we have more trips in a day, we can no longer sail because you arrived too late at the boarding point. We also do not give less money back, because we already make the necessary preparations for your trip. The location of the port and your boarding location is behind the airport, so please allow at least 40-45 minutes by taxi or your own transport when coming out of the Highrise. If you come through Oranjestad, it will take longer, because many cruises dock and there is a traffic jam in the city. Make sure you take the quickest route and that is via the highway. The taxi driver knows the way. Cancellation Policy A full refund without penalty will be given if the charter is canceled at least 1 week prior to the sailing date. 25% cancellation fee within the week up to 72 hours and no refund within 72 hours. A full refund will be provided if charter is canceled by our company We also do not cancel the trip with rain. It can rain in Aruba, but not for long. Only during a storm, but then no boats go out.
