- In the event of adverse weather conditions where the Harbor Master does not grant permission to sail, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date, subject to boat availability. - For standard bookings, a 100% refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to departure. - Guests who are pregnant who have extreme chronic diseases such as heart attack, asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, respiratory disease, epilepsy, complications and other chronic diseases are not allowed to cruise, visit the island and engage in water sports activities. The guest must report their terms to our employees and/or crews for these conditions and fill out our safety agreement. - Boat's shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to carry out its operations as a result of a force majeur, such as Battle, Strike, Riots, Eruption, Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Lightning, Hurricane, Tsunami, Government New Policies & Regulation, Acts of God or other items that may be referred to as a force majeur state and anything beyond Boat's jurisdiction. - Renter is fully responsible of any lost and damages of boat's properties caused by the renter and their guests.
