*There is a $100 Surcharge during Holiday Weekends* - Weather Policy: If unsafe weather prevents departure (e.g., lightning, high winds), we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a refund. - Late Arrivals: Your rental time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water. - No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if plans change. - Safety First: The captain has full authority on board and may end the trip early if safety rules are violated. Life jackets are available and required for all passengers under 13. - Alcohol: Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed. No glass containers, illegal substances, or underage drinking permitted. - Boat Rules: No pulling activities (e.g., tubing or skiing) are allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please treat the boat and equipment with care—damages may result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy: -Reservations are first booked, first served. -passengers 11 years of age or younger are required to wear life jackets the entire time aboard the boat (life vests provided) -Late or no-show bookings are non-refundable. Your reserved time slot begins promptly, and late arrivals will shorten your allotted time as we cannot extend it. Please be punctual, as rentals are often consecutive. -If a reservation is canceled up to 3 days in advance, the -deposit amount can be applied at a later date within the same season. Within the 3 day period, the renter is responsible for the entire deposit amount and can reschedule within the same season. -You are responsible for damages incurred on the boat! -We will allow a "Rain Check" in the event of inclement weather at the captains discretion
