Rental time begins at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time without refund. No-shows are non-refundable. - Payment Notes: Captain and gas fees are paid in cash directly to the captain at the time of the rental. - Safety Requirements: All passengers must follow safety instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and required for children and infants in accordance with Washington State boating laws. - Boat Rules: - - No reckless or unsafe operation - Alcohol allowed in moderation (no illegal substances) - No high-heeled shoes (to protect flooring) - No red wine or staining beverages - No blue jeans (to prevent upholstery staining) - Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental - Cleaning & Condition: Please return the boat in the same condition it was received.
