Cancelation Policies: Moderate If the user decides to cancel the reservation within a period of up to fifteen (15) days before the start of the service, they will get a full refund of the payment made. In the event that the user decides to cancel the reservation during the fifteen days (15) days prior to the start of the service, will not obtain any refund.
