2012 JC Spirit Tritoon with a 2022 Yamaha 150 HP. Its max capacity is 12 people/pets. It has a Bimini top on the back half, depth finder, and a board ladder on the back. Our boats are stored in the water, not trailerable. All person on board must sign our waiver in person. We provide all life jackets required. We have been renting pontoons on Cedar Creek Lake for over 20 years and offer the best pricing on the lake.. We are authorized by Tarrant Regional Water District to rent boats. All of our pricing is for Saturdays and Holidays. You can message me for weekday pricing. We offer multi-day rates You are responsible for tax 8% and gas. You are responsible for any damage to boat or docks. All persons on watercraft are required to sign our waiver in person, anyone driving has to be present with a driver's license, a credit card is required for any damages. Cherokee Landing has the 2 largest tritoons available on Cedar Creek Lake. Don't be crowded on a 22' boat when you can have room to spread out. Light Rain does not guarantee a refund. We check the weather to cancel your reservation, however there are times when storms may pop up and we encourage if you are out on one of our boats to return to our dock or secure the boat on your dock.
