By booking this vessel, you agree to the following terms: - Renter Responsibility: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present a valid government-issued ID. The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all guests and the condition of the vessel during the rental period. - Boating Experience: Prior boating experience is recommended. A brief safety and operation walkthrough is provided before departure. A licensed captain may be required or requested based on conditions or renter experience. - Capacity Limit: Maximum of 12 people allowed onboard. This limit is strictly enforced per Coast Guard regulations. - Rental Duration: Hourly and full-day rentals available. Late returns will incur additional charges. - Safety Equipment: U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets and all required safety gear are provided onboard and must be used in accordance with Washington State law. - Restroom Use: A marine restroom is available. Please follow posted instructions for proper use. - No Smoking: Smoking and open flames are not permitted onboard. - Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is allowed for guests aged 21 and over. The vessel must be operated sober at all times. - Damage & Cleaning Fees: Excessive mess or any damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Please treat the boat with respect. - Cancellations & Weather: Cancellations due to unsafe weather may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of our company
