Mandatory Rules (Condensed) For your safety and a smooth rental experience, please adhere to these strict terms: - No Alcohol/Drugs: Zero tolerance policy. Operation under the influence is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. - Minimum Age: Operator must be 18+ and possess valid ID. - Life Vests: USCG-approved PFDs must be worn by all riders at all times. The safety lanyard (kill switch) must be attached to the operator. - Daylight Hours Only: Operation is strictly limited to between sunrise and sunset. - Responsible Operation: No reckless driving, jumping wakes, or operating near swimmers/docks. Maintain all distance regulations (e.g., 100 feet). - Damage: The renter is fully responsible for all damage to the PWC, loss of equipment, or negligent operation resulting in termination. - Security Deposit: A refundable $1000 deposit is required upon booking.
