CHARTER STRUCTURE This is a Bareboat Charter — the charterer assumes control of the vessel for the duration of the trip. Captain and crew are arranged and paid separately, prior to departure. The vessel will not be released until the captain confirms all arrangements are complete. If bringing your own captain, they must meet licensing requirements, complete a vessel orientation, and receive owner approval in advance.
