This is a 1977 Chris-Craft 35 Catalina moored at the dock in Camdenton, Missouri — a stationary overnight stay on the water rather than a cruising charter. The boat does not leave the dock, which means the experience is closer to a lakeside cabin than a boat rental in the traditional sense. It sleeps 4 comfortably, with 6 possible but tight. The boat has everything you need for a self-sufficient stay — two air conditioners, two icebox-combo fridges, a galley with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, a functioning toilet, and a stand-up shower. A kayak and other water toys are available in the dock's toy box at no extra charge, and the lake is right there for swimming and fishing whenever you want it. Good to know: - Boat does not leave the dock — moored stay only - Check-in: 3pm (self check-in) - Checkout: 11am (self checkout) - Boat locks from inside and out with padlock and keys provided - Toilet is new — no paper or plastic, use the trash can only - Water valve must be turned on and off manually - Shower is functional but basic — lake swimming is a practical alternative - Dock is wheelchair accessible; interior has steps — limited mobility guests should take note - Parking is limited — do not block the boat ramp - Dock is shared and monitored with camera and audio for security - Bottled water supplied What's on board: - Two air conditioners - Two icebox-combo fridges - Microwave and coffee maker - Galley and head sinks - Stand-up shower with detachable head - 35" flat screen TV with DVD player - Pillows, blankets, and towels provided - Kitchen utensils Dock toys (free with booking): - Kayak and oar - Additional water toys in the toy box

Hello my name is Chris! I organize water activities and miscellaneous services especially during the off season such as marine handy work, taxi and more. I myself possess USCG Mariner credentials for commercial operations. I enjoy taking my own family out and watching the kids play! It's most definitely a dream job, but comes with it's challenges as owning the responsibility of vessel maintenance! Btw this is a 3rd party affiliate we happily partner with! Happy, and safe Travels! Chris from Soul Waters!
