Renter Requirements - Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license. - Renter must sign rental agreement and provide ID. - Anyone born after January 1, 1988 must have an Arizona Boater Education Certificate if operating the jet ski. Security Deposit - $600 refundable security deposit required before rental begins. - Deposit returned after inspection if jet ski is returned: - - In the same condition - With no damage - With no debris in intake Deposit may be used for repairs, cleaning, or late fees. Fuel Policy - Jet ski is provided with a full tank of fuel. - Must be returned full or renter will be charged: - - Fuel cost - $25 refueling fee Damage Responsibility Renter is responsible for all damages during rental period including but not limited to: - Impeller damage - Intake grate damage - Hull scratches - Trailer damage - Lost safety equipment Renter responsible for first $1,000 in damages. Major damage beyond deposit will be billed to renter. Operating Rules To prevent damage, renters must follow these rules: - Never start the jet ski in shallow water. - Keep at least 3 feet of water depth when operating. - Do not operate near rocks, shorelines, or sandbars. - Shut engine off before entering shallow water. - No beaching the jet ski on rocks or sand. Failure to follow these rules may result in damage charges. Prohibited Use The following are not allowed: - Towing tubes or riders - Racing or reckless operation - Alcohol or drug use while operating - Carrying more than 3 passengers or 530 lbs total - Leaving Arizona lakes with the jet ski Violation may result in termination of rental with no refund. Late Return Fees Jet ski must be returned at agreed time. Late fees: - $75 per hour late If more than 3 hours late, renter may be charged an additional full rental day. Cleaning Policy - Jet ski must be returned reasonably clean. - Excessive dirt, sand, or trash will result in: - $40 cleaning fee Delivery Terms (if applicable) If delivery is provided: - Renter must arrive on time at ramp location. - No-shows may lose reservation fee. Weather Policy Light rain does not cancel rental. Severe weather may allow rescheduling depending on availability. Liability Renter assumes full responsibility for operation of the jet ski during the rental period. Owner is not responsible for: - Personal injury - Lost belongings - Accidents caused by renter negligence Equipment Included Rental includes: - Jet ski - Trailer - Life jackets - Safety lanyard - Basic safety instructions
