Booking Policies & Boat Rules To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone on board, please review the following policies before your charter: - Late Arrivals: Your charter begins at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals will result in lost charter time and cannot be extended. - Weather Policy: If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, your charter will be rescheduled for the safety of all passengers. We do not operate in unsafe weather conditions. - Decorations: Decorations are welcome for birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, and other special occasions, provided they do not damage the vessel. - Food & Drinks: Guests are welcome to bring their own food, snacks, and beverages. A microwave, kitchen, and freezer are available for your convenience. - Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Pets must not relieve themselves on the boat, and any damage or excessive cleaning required will be the owner's responsibility. - Respectful Conduct: Aggressive, reckless, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The captain reserves the right to end the charter immediately without refund if any guest's behavior compromises the safety or enjoyment of others. - Deck Care: Spraying or intentionally spilling drinks on the deck will result in a $500 cleaning fee. - Marine Toilet: Flushing solid waste, paper towels, wipes, or any unauthorized items into the marine toilet will result in a $1,000 repair and cleaning charge. - Electrical Outlets: Please do not plug any devices into the boat's electrical outlets without first asking the captain. - Smoking: Smoking is permitted only with the captain's approval and only in designated areas. - Safety First: Sitting, standing, or walking on the boat's rails is strictly prohibited and may result in the charter being terminated for safety reasons. - Captain's Authority: The captain's instructions must be followed at all times.
