Weather Cancellation Policy - Owner’s Discretion: full refund or rescheduling for unsafe conditions (e.g., storms or high winds). - Coast Guard Advisories: Refunds typically require owner approval unless the Mexican Navy (SEMAR) or local authorities issue an advisory prohibiting boating. - Late Arrivals: Late arrivals shorten the charter time without extending the booking, as we may have other reservations. For example, if guests arrive 30 minutes late for a 4-hour charter, they still end at the scheduled time. - No-Shows: full amount is charged if guests don’t arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start and fail to contact us. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals reduce charter time. No-shows (30+ minutes without contact) forfeit the full booking amount. 3. Safety Considerations Vessel is Equipped with USCG-approved life jackets, fire extinguishers, and a trained crew for your safety. 4. Boat Rules Max 10 guests. No smoking. Alcohol limited to provided cocktails. Follow crew instructions for snorkeling and safety. $1,000 security deposit required
