We provide visitors to our websites (“Visitors”) access to the websites subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By browsing the public areas or by accessing and using the websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the websites. Any user who registers with us (each, a “Registered User”) and wishes to purchase a service and / or a charter product through one of our websites, is agreeing to the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying Terms and Conditions of Purchase with respect to such product or service. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to make a transaction with (www.saintyachts.com, www.saintyachtingemirates.ae) client must possess a valid credit card or debit card or prepaid card issued by a bank acceptable to us (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product/service. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement of your payment and will constitute acceptance of your order. We send you a confirmation by email along with the Voucher of your charter tour and further information regarding the exact meeting point and time. We ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our websites  (www.saintyachts.com and www.saintyachtingemirates.ae) are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any services which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the cruise, the cancellation policy will take place. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. No member from Saint Yachting (www.saintyachts.com) and Saint Yachting Emirates (www.saintyachtingemirates.ae) will request any form of ticket from our clients in order to embark in one of our yachts. Therefore, (www.saintyachts.com and www.saintyachtingemirates.ae) does not provide or send any ticket. The reservation team sends only a voucher where all the necessary information (meeting point and time, special arrangements upon request) might be useful for our valued clients. These terms apply to the entire content of this web site. These terms of use are governed by the Greek Law. Disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts. Bookings Subject to ATLANTIS SA company “Saint Suite Oia” and SAINT CRUISES "Saint Yachting" that manages Saint Yachting operations, booking options are placed upon request for a maximum one week or less. Bookings confirmed only when: first payment has been cleared in Saint Yachting bank account in due time. Saint Yachting reserves the right to, without any liability, cancel bookings for which documentation and / or payments have not been provided in due time and in compliance with booking and charter party terms & conditions. Responsibility Yacht’s specification and equipment may vary from those presented on internet or promotional material; exact yacht & equipment details are valid only as listed / described in the specific offer statement provided by Saint Yachting in response to each inquiry. Specific information, photos and videos on Saint Yachting webpages are binding and do constitute a contractual document, it is only indicative as to the type and model of the yachts offered and the cruises details… They are the actual pictures and videos of the yachts offered by Saint Yachting. Described services, facilities, and cruising specifications are indicative. They may vary depending on actual conditions (for example the weather, the period, the booking schedule or yacht chartered, and the client booking specification). Only documentation (forms / contracts / checklists) issued by Saint Yachting can be accounted for as official proof of the conditions of each charter and guest comments and evaluations on such forms are to be accounted for as testimony on the services provided. By taking delivery of the yacht, even if effected and signed by Saint Yachting Captain, Charterer confirms acceptance without modification of all Charter Party Terms & Conditions and assumes full responsibility pursuant to those terms. In cases of complaints, notice must be given to Saint Yachting by written communication on (info@saintyachts.com , reservations@saintyachtingemirates.com) specifying the precise nature of the complaint within 24-hours of the event or occurrence and not after the charter period has ended. Any claim or complaint after such a period, may be disregarded. Saint Yachting is not responsible for any typing errors that may occur.
