Trips may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain's discretion due to unsafe weather, high winds, lightning, wildfire smoke, or other hazardous conditions. • Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Your rental period begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water. • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to fees unless we are able to rebook the time slot. • Safety: All passengers must follow captain instructions and boating safety guidelines at all times. Life jackets are provided and may be required depending on age, activity, and conditions. • Boat Rules: No smoking, illegal drugs, or unsafe behavior. Excessive intoxication may result in the trip being terminated without refund. • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions. • Activities: Wake surfing, tubing, cruising, sightseeing, and other activities are available depending on conditions, group size, and experience levels.
