Safety is our top priority. All guests must follow the captain’s instructions and wear life jackets when required. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Weather-related cancellations due to unsafe conditions (high winds, lightning, wildfire smoke, or other hazardous conditions) may be rescheduled or refunded. Late arrivals will shorten your rental time, and no-shows are non-refundable. No illegal drugs are permitted onboard. Alcohol is allowed only in moderation for guests 21+, but the operator must remain sober at all times. Please treat the boat with respect—no shoes on upholstery, no smoking, and no glass containers. We reserve the right to end a rental without refund if unsafe or reckless behavior occurs.
