Cancellation policy - Cancellation Within 7 Days: If you cancel the booking within 7 days of the Rental Period commencement, the entire rental fee becomes non-refundable as such short notice of cancellation precludes the possibility of renting the Boat to other parties. - Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change your rental dates, just let us know! You can request a reschedule, depending on the availability of the Boat. Please send us your request in writing, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We'll review your request promptly and let you know if we can make it happen. If we're able to reschedule, your new dates will follow the same terms and conditions as your original booking. Thanks for your understanding! * If the route cannot be done due to bad weather conditions, you have the option: a. to reschedule it during the day (always based on the weather conditions) or b. to reschedule it on another date (within the 5 following days of the initial scheduled trip) , or c. cancel the route. In this case you will receive a refund of 50% of the total rental fee paid.
