Booking Policies & Important Information To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and luxury experience for all guests, please review the following policies before booking. Charter Requirements - Minimum booking duration is 4 hours - Maximum capacity is 6 guests - Professional captain included with every charter - Guests must follow all captain and crew safety instructions while onboard at all times Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - All bookings are final and non-refundable - In the event a guest cannot attend their scheduled charter, rescheduling may be permitted based on availability - Weather-related rescheduling is determined solely by the captain based on unsafe marine conditions - Approved weather cancellations may receive a rescheduled date or charter credit - Light rain, cloudy conditions, or cooler temperatures generally do not qualify for rescheduling Weather Policy Safety is our highest priority. Charters may be postponed or rescheduled in cases of: - Severe thunderstorms - High winds - Hazardous sea conditions - Coast Guard advisories or harbor restrictions The captain reserves the right to delay, shorten, reroute, or cancel any charter due to unsafe conditions. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Charter time begins at the scheduled reservation time - Late arrivals may reduce total cruise time - No-shows are considered completed bookings and are non-refundable Food, Drinks & Entertainment Guests are welcome to bring: - Food & catering - Alcoholic beverages (21+ only) - Decorations - DJs and live music - Personal playlists for the BOSE sound system All entertainment must remain respectful of marina, harbor, and local noise regulations. Yacht Rules - No shoes permitted in downstairs cabin areas - No smoking inside cabin spaces - No illegal drugs or prohibited substances onboard - No diving or jumping from the yacht unless approved by the captain - Children must remain supervised at all times Excessive intoxication, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow captain instructions may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund or rescheduling. Fuel Surcharge Policy Fuel costs are included for standard Boston Harbor and Quincy Harbor cruising routes. Extended travel distances, excessive idle time, or custom destination requests outside normal charter areas may result in an additional fuel surcharge discussed prior to departure. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit may be required prior to boarding for certain events, large groups, holiday bookings, or special occasions. Guests may be held responsible for damages caused by negligence, misuse, stains, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of onboard rules. Security deposits will typically be held for approximately 5–7 business days following completion of the charter to allow time for inspection of the vessel and assessment of any damages or additional cleaning requirements. Photography & Drone Policy Photography and videography are welcome onboard for personal use. Professional photography, commercial filming, or drone usage must receive prior approval from the captain and marina when applicable. Drone operators must comply with all FAA regulations and local harbor restrictions. Route & Destination Flexibility Cruise routes throughout Boston Harbor and Quincy Bay may vary depending on: - Weather conditions - Harbor traffic - Marina restrictions - Coast Guard regulations - Charter timing and duration The captain reserves the right to modify routes for safety, timing, or operational purposes.
