EMBARKATION IS AT 17.00 ON DAY THE CHARTER BEGINNS DISEMBARKATION IS AT 9.00 AM THE DAY THE CHARTER ENDS BOAT MUST RETURN TO POORT AT 16.00 THE DAY BEFORE CHARTER ENDS ( FRIDAY) FOR REFUEALING AND TECHNICAL CHECK FREE OF CHARGE Bed linen, towels, quilts, one set/cabin/week Starter Pack: 2 Bottles (2lt) of water, soap and toilet paper/head Mooring fees for the first and last day at the Pier, in Marinas/Ports  SUP: for S/Y over 49ft and Catamarans over 45ft, plus Refundable Security Deposit € 300 payable by credit card All our boats are equipped with autopilot, GPS and/or, external chart plotter, shore power 220v, bimini top, sprayhood, dinghy with outboard engine and cockpit cushions NOT INCLUDED/ OPTIONALS (must be paid on spot) MANDATORY CHARGES Fuel, O/B gasoline, water, provisioning, transfers. Transfer service upon request (can only be arranged the latest 5 days before embarkation)  End Cleaning: € 350 OPTIONAL CHARGES Early Embarkation at 14:00hrs (upon request & subject to no damages from the previous charterer): 'E 150 Internet Pack: Wi-Fi router, 12GB/week € 70 Extra linen: € 10 per set (1xset = 2 sheets, 1 pillow case, 1 face towel, 1 bath towel) Provisioning service: € 20 Cabin conversion: € 150 Automatic Life Jacket: € 30/week Pets allowed with a double end cleaning fee   *Blister (subject to availability): Athens or Lavrio: € 200/week, in all other bases plus € 50 (delivery fee) plus Refundable Security Deposit € 600 payable by credit card * in case of a last minute cancelation (at the base) the client will be charged in full for the blister’s charter fees, as we are obliged to pay the fees to the supplier.   Safety Net: € 150 SUP (Stand Up Paddle) (subject to availability): € 120/week, plus Refundable Security Deposit € 300 payable by credit card Crew Change during the charter (the skipper does not change): € 200, price includes: Port Authorities formalities, linen/towels and marina fees, plus End cleaning as per our Price List   **CREW (require their own cabin) Skipper : 190 Euros per day Cook : 180 Euros per day  ( optional)     ** In case of a last minute cancelation, one month before embarkation, the client will be charged in full as we are obliged to pay the fees to the crew.   ***NON REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER, (must be paid on spot) not applicable for Flotilla’s, Regatta’s, Race For Euro 5.000 IS €500/week (minimum € 500/charter, only with our Skipper) For Euro 4.000 is €400/week (minimum € 400/charter, only with our Skipper) For Euro 3.000 is €300/week (minimum € 300/charter) For Euro 2.500 is €250/week (minimum € 250/charter) For Euro 2.000 is €200/week (minimum € 200/charter)   ***Is not refunded in any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment or third party, all risks of damage/theft whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper, or by the clients. It is totally indemnified against in all cases.    On crewed yacht charter, the Non Refundable Damage Waiver, is obligatory    CANCELLATION POLICY Booking cancelled, more than 60 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled between 59 & 31 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee If the boat re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded, only the dossier expenses will be charged at € 100.-  Upgrades, subject to cancelation policy
