Rain is not an impediment to navigation, so it will not be a valid cause for cancellation of the reservation unless there is a red flag that forbids navigation. Any deduction or reimbursement due to complaints and claims must be made by mutual agreement between the company and the agency provided the company has been informed during the provision of the service or 3 days after the end of the service. All reimbursement will be made to the person or company and by the method in which the payment was made.
