YACHT CREW SELECTION AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS. .  Charters have the right to select from our list of qualified captains one of them and renters have the responsibility to pay captain fee of $50.00 per hour directly to the captain the day of the charter. 15% of tip is not included. Charterer will hire his own crew at his own expense on separate yacht services agreements. -THE PARTIES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWIN. • Maximum 12 number of guest on board while cruising at any time. • Smoking in designated areas only. • There are no pets allowed on the vessel. • Children must be under the adult supervision of the charter party at all time. • Late arrival of the charterer will not alter the end time of the charter. • No cooking allowed on boar, just microwave reheating of already prepared frozen food. • No shoes are allowed on board. • Arrive 30 to 15 minutes prior scheduled time.
