Please have your photo ID ready at the time of boarding. The boat is not permitted to leave the dock until ID has been verified. Rules: • No pets • No smoking • No illegal drugs (including marijuana) • No open flames • No red wine or red drinks • No red foods or fruits • Pre-wash any new swimsuits/towels, they will STAIN when wet • No shoes on the boat • No spray-on tanning lotion • Obey the Captain at all times Note: The Captain has the authority to terminate the charter at any time if the rules of the vessel are not followed. No refund will be issued if the Captain is forced to terminate the charter.
