No-shows will forfeit the entire booking with no refund. 🛟 Safety Considerations - All passengers must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times - The captain reserves the right to end the trip early if safety rules are not followed - Children must have proper life vests—please bring your own, as we do not supply child sizes 📋 Boat Rules - Max 10 guests from your group (not including the captain) - No smoking, vaping, pets, or red wine/staining beverages - Bring photo ID for the main renter - Return the boat clean—cleaning fees apply if not - Take your trash with you - Bring your own ice for the cooler - Late returns will incur a late fee 💬 Final Disclosures Additional booking details and reminders will be sent via text upon confirmation. ⚠️ Liability Release & Legal Disclaimers By booking and boarding this vessel, the renter and all guests acknowledge and agree to the following legal provisions: 1. Release of Liability The renter releases GetMyBoat, H2OHaven LLC, Anne, the captain, and any associated parties from any liability in the event of personal injury, property damage, or death. 3. Indemnification The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GetMyBoat, H2OHaven LLC, Anne, the captain, and affiliated entities against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of or relating to the rental. 4. Damage Responsibility The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment by members of their party. 5. Inspection Acknowledgment By boarding, the renter accepts the boat in its current condition and agrees to return it in the same state, barring normal wear. 6. Use Restrictions The boat may not be used for unlawful activity, commercial use, or operated by anyone other than the approved captain. 7. Force Majeure Neither party shall be held liable for rental delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control (e.g. natural disasters, government actions). 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes will be resolved in King County courts. 9.
