Rental Terms and Conditions 1. Age and License Requirements - Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. - Renter must present proof of boater safety certification if required by state law. 2. Usage Rules - No alcohol consumption by the operator while underway. - Maximum capacity: 8 persons or 1,600 lbs. - Jet boat must not be operated in shallow waters (under 3 feet). - No night operation (sunset to sunrise) unless otherwise approved. - No smoking, pets, or glass containers onboard. 3. Damage and Liability - Renter is responsible for any and all damage caused during the rental period. - A walkthrough will be conducted before and after rental. - Damage exceeding the security deposit will be billed to the renter. - Owner is not liable for renter injury, loss of property, or weather-related incidents. 4. Fuel and Cleaning - Boat must be returned with the same fuel level as departure. - A cleaning fee of $100 may be applied if boat is returned excessively dirty (mud, trash, stains). 5. Cancellations & Weather Policy - Free cancellation up to 4 days before rental. - If weather is unsafe (e.g., storms, high winds), rental may be rescheduled at no cost. - No-shows or late arrivals (over 1 hour) forfeit rental and deposit. 6. Late Return Fee - A late return fee of $50 per 30 minutes will be charged after the agreed return time. 7.
