Free cancellation up to 3 days before your trip.

Preferably 2 hours minimum booking. Price is per tour, not per person and includes a licensed USCG captain. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this 72-hour window will be non-refundable. Same-day bookings are also final sales and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, arriving later than the scheduled departure time, not having a valid government-issued photo ID in your possession, no-shows, personal mishaps, and personal emergencies. If the company cancels due to weather or any other reason, you will receive a rain check or refund, your choice. Weather-dependent Go/No-go decisions are determined only by the company and its associated crew. There are no exceptions. Tours include a licensed "Pirate" Captain to provide excellent customer service, water fans to keep ya cooled down, Bluetooth sound system so you can jam to your favorite music, comfortable seating designed to clear out to make space to dance if the mood hits you!! Vessel is surveyed, insured and adheres to all USCG safety parameters.
