No reckless operation, beaching the boat, or towing unauthorized equipment. Weather cancellations due to unsafe lake conditions, lightning, or high winds may be rescheduled or refunded at the owner’s discretion. Light rain alone does not qualify for cancellation. Please arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time, and no-shows are non-refundable. No glass containers, illegal substances, or red wine onboard. Excessive mess, damage, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the rental without refund. Fuel, cleaning, and damage policies will be discussed prior to departure. Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the booking period. We want everyone to have a safe, fun, and unforgettable day on the water.
